Terms and Conditions

1. WISH may terminate this agreement at any time and collect the foster animal *

2. The foster animal is property of WISH and cannot be sold/given away without WISH approval *

3. The foster animal will not be released into care of new owners until WISH committee have given approval *

4. If the foster animal becomes ill, you will contact WISH Committee straight away to make arrangements for the animal to be taken to a WISH approved veterinary practitioner *

5. If your foster is involved in a life threatening emergency as deemed by the closest veterinary practitioner, reimbursement can be voted on by the committee of WISH at the next committee meeting and authorised if deemed appropriate *

6. While extreme care is taken when placing foster animals in your home, we cannot guarantee their health and it is your responsibility to ensure your current animals vaccinations are up to date *

7. If your foster animal gets out / goes missing, you will contact WISH Committee Immediately *

8. The foster animal will reside only at the residential address provided above *

9. Your foster animal must wear a collar and identification tag at all times and dogs are to be kept on a lead when off the property *

10. You are to provide foster animals with adequate food, exercise, care and medical treatment (when required) *

11. When potential owners contact WISH, your name and number can be given so they can contact you to arrange a time to meet the animal. You will arrange a meet and greet at the earliest convenience *

12. If the foster animal needs moving, I understand this can take up to 7 days to find new foster care and I am able to wait *
